Theron Melrose is currently employed as a Technology Manager at State Farm Insurance Companies, a role he has been in for more than 23 years. He boasts a wealth of experience in agile delivery, particularly from the service and delivery perspective. His primary responsibilities involve leading a capacity and performance testing team through a transformative journey that has significantly influenced State Farm's culture, roles, viewpoints, and quality focus.
